ETIT (Environmentat Tube in Tube) fluorecsent tubes are designed mainly for the replacement market to retrofit fluorescent tubes from traditional T8 type to T5 tube. This is accmpleshed by a unique Tube in Tube Technology product incorporating a high efficiency T5 tube and state of the art electronic ballast system. High efficiency translates to a power factor of more than 96, total harmonic distortion of less than 15%, and total saving of power consumption between 42% and 47% depending on the application as compared with common type T8 tube and electromagnetic ballast applications. In all our applications, the existing T8 lamp fixture remains in place (no need for fixture replacement exists).
