Food Hygiene - Basic Text

This regulation stresses the definition of the objectives that should be achieved in Safety Food issues, leaving to the enterprises of the food sector the responsibility of adapting safety measures that should be implemented in order to guarantee the food safety. The present regulation aims to guarantee the hygiene of foods in all the stages, from the primary production up to the offer to sale or the distribution to the final consumer.
