The ΔΥ8δ/Γ.Π.οικ/1348 (Principles and guide lines of equitable practical distribution of medical devices), OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE HELLENIC REPUBLIC 32/16-01-2004 has as objective the observance of a system of principles and guide lines with regard to the equitable practice of distribution of medical devices of ΚΥΑ ΔΥ7/οικ2351/94, ΔΥ7/οικ2480/94, in order to avoid their degradation and downgrading their level of quality during the process of distribution.

The enterprises, under any legal form, in the turnover of which the distribution of medical devices are included exclusively or at the same time with any other activities, with the exclusion of the manufacturing enterprises of medical devices because it is about the distribution of their own products.
